Lyn Ellen Burkett PhD, is Assistant Professor of Music at Western Carolina University. She holds a Ph.D. in music theory from Indiana University. Her previous research has focused on early twentieth-century composers and their creative work processes. Kim L. Wangler, B.M, M.M, M.B.A joined the faculty of Appalachian State University in 2005 as the Director of Music Industry Studies. Wangler teaches music management, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
